I got to know Maria through TRC, the relocation company. This is the first time for me to sell a house. I had a short time to list the house and make my move to a new state. In my first interaction with Maria, she made us comfortable and trustworthy. She is very knowledgeable and explained the whole process of selling a house in a non-technical way. She is very well organized. Maria helped us with staging the house with a minimum stress level to us. She made us keep all our cat furniture to comfort our animals but arranged them in a non-distractive way. Maria recommended a home inspector who was terrific to work with. Her magnificent personality will not let you down with any request you have, and she will find a resolution. We enjoyed working with her and her husband. She helped us to move through a very stressful time. Even after the closing, she was willing to help us with a crucial mistake we made. We left our vehicle keys in the old house, and we realized it after a 10-hour drive when we had to move our motorcycle. She went out of the way and offered to collect our keys and send them to us.

When we started the home search, we had not decided on a realtor to sell our existing home. Maria and Aaron did such a great job "finding" our perfect new home that we had them list our existing home. We had an offer the first day, a full offer the second day but with a lengthy close (which we were not interested in because we had already purchased our new home) and then on the 12th day a cash offer over listing price with an immediate close! The Austin market is so hot right now and the thing that sets them apart from other realtors (and we had another realtor) is that they call you to alert you when there is a property they KNOW that you would be interested in - that gives you a head start on seeing the property and being able to make an offer in a timely manner.
